The staff was remarkably attentive especially Anna Maria who's willing to help with anything. The location was perfect for exploring Paris with easy access to public transport.

Rooms felt cramped and outdated bathroom facilities didn't meet expectations. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted quiet moments during my stay.

We had a great time staying for 6 nights! The room was very clean, and the staff were super helpful, especially Anna-Maria. The location was prime, just a short walk to the metro, and we discovered an amazing local bakery nearby for delicious croissants.

Oh, where do I start? Air conditioning was absolutely no help, leaving me sweating buckets! Not to mention, my luggage just abandoned in the lobby, what was I thinking! I almost left a glowing review until I realized they didn't even bother to upgrade my room for my troubles. Disappointment, truly.

However, I noticed some spots on the sheets, which could've been better. Plus, it faced a short building so heavy rain made a lot of noise, and I could hear everything from the room above me. The staff was awesome though, super helpful and accommodating.
